Mama and I got new shoes and gave each other cards yet today was no different than any other, for we got that kinda love that's just there, and does not need a specific holiday to acknowledge it.

TOOK ME A WHILE (A FEW DAYS WORKING ON ALL THREE)

When I started this, I needed bright hues to enlighten the blankness of the white snow outside my window. Look closely at these colored penciled figures and see the curvaceous figure of a woman. This I started on a cold night at my girl Gia's house. In it, there is a bloody tear being shed by an eye that was painted with nailpolish. *The past few days I've been working on these three pieces.*
